MD SERVICES
Visits with our medical doctors are covered with your valid healthcare card. Self-referrals or referrals by a physician are accepted.
PELVIC FLOOR PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES
Each visit with one of our Pelvic Floor Physiotherapists are 1 hour and cost $175.
At this time we are unable to direct bill extended health benefits but you will be provided with a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Self-referrals or referrals by a physician are accepted.
